Job Description

A paint manufacturing company in Port Harcourt is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. As a corporate sales manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to identify new business opportunities and ensure that all sales objectives are met.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow business
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to senior management to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate sales experience in the building materials manufacturing or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
