Job Description

Deloitte Human Capital Consulting West Africa is currently recruiting for a client in the real estate and construction industry. The company seeks a highly organized and professional individual to join as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and organized efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Chairman, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations as required
  • Conduct research and gather information for the Chairman, providing insightful summaries and recommendations
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Monitor and respond to incoming mail, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Provide general administrative support to the Chairman, including handling expense reports, filing, and maintaining records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
