Staffaro is looking for a Digital Marketing coordinator to join our team. As our Digital Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness within the human resources industry, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads for our sales team. You'll be working alongside a dynamic marketing team, and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms and channels, such as social media, email marketing, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.
- Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and ongoing analysis of campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance metrics, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with content marketing and creative teams to develop engaging, high-quality digital content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos.
- Improve our website's SEO by conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and leveraging off-page tactics.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list building, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and make recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other PPC advertising platforms.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to develop and execute a successful SEO strategy.
- Experience with lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
