Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Academy’s delivery of effective trainings (in-house, in-plant, external), as well as other learning and development programs / initiatives, through the provision of coordination and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of Learning Management System: Responsible for end-to-end management of the LMS (Learning Management System) from the platform’s configuration, upload and optimization of e-learning courses to the enrolment of staff on courses.
- Vendor Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with pre-qualified vendors / service providers of e-learning content and services, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Development of E-Learning Content: Responsible for developing re-usable custom e-learning content (with varying levels of complexity) on various subjects, in line with the key requirements of internal customers.
- General Training Reports: Prepares general reports on e-learning enrolments, levels of course completions, and other relevant activities across the organization.
- User Engagement: Drives user engagement with content on the Learning Management System.
- User Support: Provides support to Users of the Learning Management System, by trouble-shooting reported issues and problems with the platform and providing effective resolutions.
- Knowledge Management: Support stakeholders in the deployment of the New Knowledge Bank and launch of SharePoint. Drive content upload and knowledge contribution from staff for ARM Knowledge Bank.
- Provision of Business Support as a Learning partner: Support Businesses in meeting their learning needs.
Requirements
- Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience
Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience.
