The Learning Solution Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Learning team to deliver effective learning solutions across the organization. This position involves administrative and technical support tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, and enhancing the learning experience for all clients.
To discharge her/his responsibilities, a Learning Solution Support Assistant shall ensure consistent application of the Firm’s policies and procedures (as set out in the Practice Manual) to:
- Support the implementation of Learning Technology solutions.
- Provide needed support to internal and external clients.
- Providing advice in area(s) of technical knowledge.
- Assisting in preparing expressions of interest and proposals.
- Assisting with client and internal assignments.
- Participating in training facilitation in the area of specialization.
- Prepare project completion reports.
- Provide call reports based on notes taken during client engagement meetings.
- Generate, analyze and provide client learning report document.
- Maintain the DL knowledge repositories.
- Write though leadership articles in line with unit and firms’ objectives.
- Backup and maintain the digital learning solution database.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of computer Operating Systems.
- Good knowledge of computer networking and network technologies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft windows servers (knowledge of other server technologies will be added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Databases (MSSQL) - DB creation, query, management, backup etc.)
- Programming knowledge will be anaddedadvantage.
- Tertiary education or professional qualification.
- Hands-on experience with computer networking and network technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
