Job Summary:
The Management Information System (MIS) Officer prepares and present central reports on the whole fleets for daily operations meeting and deliberations. The management Information system (MIS) officer is the custodian of information of the fleets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare/compute operations dashboard on daily basis and present for daily operations meeting
- Daily monitoring of performance for the fleets base on Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Daily highlight of operational and non-operational trend
- Daily presentation of plant dispatch viz as viz tipper dispatch
- Analysis of control reports on daily basis for fleets consumption
- Others operation assignments as need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in any discipline
- Must have 2 to 5 years similar work experience
- Must have excellent negotiating skills
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must have relationship management skills
