Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale operational transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Analyze clients' operational processes and performance to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Design and implement innovative strategies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve overall business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives, overcoming obstacles and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on operational strategy and transformation matters.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Drive change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new operations strategies and practices.
- Prepare and present high-impact reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously enhance our consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and, preferably, an MBA and/or relevant professional qualification.
- 5-8years full-time work experience as a Strategy Operation Transformation Expert with a minimum of 3 years in a consulting firm.
- A specialist in her/his area with marketable technical experience.
- A track record of progressive achievement and advancement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc).
- Full understanding of strategy development from initiation, development and implementation.
- Excellent facilitation skills for workshop and retreat management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and change management principles.
- Ability to travel as required to meet client needs and project requirements.
