Job Summary
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relation by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Managing recruitment and selection process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nature a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefit programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
- Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Skills and Competencies
- Proven working experience as HR Manager.
- People oriented and result driven.
- Knowledge of the systems and database.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
v Proficiency in computer applications e.g MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
BSc/HND Business Administration/Sociology/Industrial psychology/ Professional membership + 21 years’ experience.
MBA + 18 years’ experience
