Job Summary
- Manage Finance and Account business process.
- Financial transaction processing and recording in the ERP
- General ledger review and reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting and analysis.
- Staff supervision and team building.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Finance and Account business processes in the various units of General ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash and Bank, Loans and Investment and Payroll Accounting.
- Leads planning and forecasting within the business with the aim of achieving the business and departmental objectives.
- Review and reconciliation of general ledgers on a timely basis.
- Ensure financial transactions are allocated and posted into the correct general ledger heads and cost centers.
- Supervises daily financial transaction processing to comply with legal requirements.
- Administration of comprehensive set of controls and budget to mitigate risk.
- Manage quarterly and year-end financial audit.
- Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
- Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures amp; policies.
- Supervision and development of employees of the department.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience
- BSC/HND Accounting, with 15 years and above working experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Professional qualification-ACA/ACCA
