We looking for a pharmacy sales assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience who will join the drugstore.ng customer service team.

Responsibilities include:
Support the Pharmacy team by improving counter and digital sales and stock replenishmentManage incoming phone calls and chatsTake the extra mile to engage customersPresent a professional image. Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively work with other departments Delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectationsWorks with management to resolve customer complaintsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirements
- HND /B.Sc
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmacy sales assistant/customer service
- IT savvy
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self confidence
