Job Description

We are looking to partner with driven remote activation partners to introduce company products to potential drivers and sign them up. Remote Activation Partners are independent business owners who partner with Mevron to recruit and activate drivers for the Mevron Platform.

Partners will be paid NGN 10,000 for each driver they signup who completes the registration process and takes 10 trips with payments split as NGN 5000 for the first 5 trips and NGN 5000 after the 10th trip.

Partners should have a great knowledge of their city and the Mevron product so that they are able to reach out to and source for interested car owners and drivers in their city's hotspots and encourage them to register and drive with Mevron.

Partners should ideally also have a location where they can register potential drivers and assist them in uploading the documents and details needed to drive with Mevron.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly drivers sign up quotas.
  • Canvassing assigned territories to present Mevron products to potential drivers.
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrating product features to drivers.
  • Contacting drivers and setting up appointments to present Mevron products and recruit drivers.
  • Completing drivers registration forms and submitting them for processing.
  • Attending drivers meetings and other industry-related events.
  • Completing regular sign up reports specifying the number of sign ups made.

Requirements

  • Ride-sharing Industry Knowledge
  • Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • The ability to retain important information.
  • Sound consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
