We are looking for a Digital Sales/Analytics Manager for our Digital department within our DRE division. The Digital Sales/Analytics Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget to meet and exceed sales targets.

The Digital Marketing/Analytics Manager is expected to achieve the following goals:
Meet and exceed sales targets from finding new business and upselling existing accounts
Increase TOMA and customer satisfaction for the products under their jurisdiction
Responsibilities
Build the marketing roadmaps for all products. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers on go-to-market strategies, including articulating our value propositions, key messaging development and tactical channel plans, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing each channel
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), forecasting and tracking key digital and customer-related metrics.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships leveraging available tools like CRMs
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Products team
Perform competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
At least 7 years of working experience at an innovations company, in the digital field or technology industry
Solid knowledge of analytics tools
Knowledge of the digital and technology space is required
Experience managing a team of Product Marketers, creative team, and Account Manager
Experience working with marketing analytics, and CRM software (e.g. Intercom, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
Further degree (MSc / MBA) in Information Technology, Management, Finance and Sales-related field
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to Cross Sell/ Upsell
