Job Description

The Team Lead, Account Executives will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents and their customers responsible for the full customer cycle i.e., sale, fulfill, maintain, and recover. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking skills and a demonstrated track record of effective sales work.

Working with and through your squad, your role will include but is not limited to identifying customer and business needs/opportunities, lead generation, relationship management, business development, and value delivery.


Job Responsibilities:

  • As the team lead, account executives for Retail, you are responsible for the Key Result Areas of your squad. Fulfilling this responsibility involves forecasting and projections, understanding and increasing your market share.
  • Account and Relationship Management by building and maintaining relationships with customers, and partners.
  • Knowledge of retail item offering and product capability, and current price list.
  • Continually uphold and communicate the vision of the organization to your squad, in line with our company culture.
  • Keep squad morale high, treat everyone with equality; motivate and inspire them to achieve great things in this business area.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to make negotiations on behalf of the business to relentlessly deliver solutions that will serve evolving customer needs and drive an exceptional customer service culture.
  • Support management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Other specific responsibilities as defined.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a B2B/B2C environment, financial services, technology, or FMCG.
  • Great Problem-Solving skills.
  • Ability to Upsell and Cross-sell.
  • Ability to follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • The ability to present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Experience compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Resilience, a results-driven orientation, and great prospecting skills.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
