Job Description

We are looking for consultants to join our Strategy amp; Operations, People Transformation, Digital amp; Technology, Learning amp; Development and Digital Learning Teams.


Responsibilities

  • Providing advice in the area(s) of technical expertise.
  • Assisting in preparing expressions of interest and the technical component of proposals.
  • Conducting assignments: (a) Carry out assignments employing professional knowledge and innovative solutions to problems encountered.

(b) Act as Team Leader for a client or internal assignment when assigned by the Assignment Manager.

(c) Act as Lead Researcher or Researcher for a sector/industry research team, contributing to research, analysis, and reporting.

(d) Deliver outputs that meet the required professional standards and within the expected time.

(e) Make or participate in presentations to clients as required.

  • Participating in training: Develop curricula, materials and facilitate as a trainer on topics of specialization.
  • Acting as Team Leader for an assignment when required.
  • Product and service development in the area(s) of technical expertise.
  • Act as the day-to-day interface between the client and our team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-discipline professional team working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to identify issues and value for money solutions that will satisfy clients’ needs in a complex setting.

  • Good authorship and editorship so as to be able to convey findings, ideas, and opinions in a convincing manner in all written material.
  • Ability to apply relationship skills including tact and discretion and to build client confidence.
  • Strong innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation skills and a confident speaker.
  • Strong drive and focus, coupled with other listed skills, to be able to convert plans into action and requisite results on time.
  • Good oral and written English.
  • Able to conduct interviews effectively.
  • Honors degree and, preferably, an MBA and/or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum of seven years full-time work experience including employment in at least two sectors of major importance to the Firm.
  • A track record of progressive achievement and advancement.
  • Knowledge of current and expected changes in business that will impact your area of specialization.
  • A specialist in area with marketable technical experience.
  • Staff supervision.
