We are a Growth marketing consultancy working with some exciting startups building the future of Africa, and we are searching for a growth marketing intern.
The intern will be expected to:
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition or retention campaigns.
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Identify social media opportunities for growth of client brands and co-create the content or campaign to drive the desired business goal.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement for client brands.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate should have;
- 1-3 years related experience, bonus if they have worked in a tech start-up
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing practices
- Knowledge of tools such as Google workspace, Google analytics, MailChimp, Mixpanel, Firebase, Databox etc
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- An owner mindset and can take on challenging projects independently.
- Must be great at managing relationships.
- Must be biased towards action.
- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
- Be willing to learn
