Job Description

Responsibilities:
β€’ Welcoming and greeting walk-in clients
β€’ Keeping a seamless appointment system
β€’ Providing excellent & exceptional customer service
β€’ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
β€’ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
β€’ Communicating with customers through various channels.
β€’ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
β€’ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
β€’ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
β€’ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
β€’ Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail

Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

β€’ Should be a female preferably
β€’ HND in a related field.
β€’ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
β€’ Professional certification in Customer service is a plus
β€’ Effective communication and strong listening skills.
β€’ Exceptional customer service skills.
β€’ Must be patient and courteous.
β€’ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
β€’ Must be efficient/meticulous
β€’ Excellent oral and written and must reside in lagos good communication skills.
β€’ Have a passion for exceptional service.
