• Routine unscheduled visit to assigned location within given geopolitical region to report operations activities and ascertain true state of stocks both in quantity and quality in comparisons to record book and report weekly findings to Superior

Create Contingency plans to manage crises
• Must report to the Head of risk your daily/weekly, biweekly and monthly activity plan.
• To confirms operations releases on the company’s platform and monitor timeliness of requisition posted by Executives against the timeline of customer requisition.
• Form members of Risk policy initiative team; creating and reviewing policies targeted at improving operations and Risk mitigation policy
• To act as on the- spot training support team to operations by iterating operational process and procedure to warehouse executives during routine visit.
• To generate periodical risk analysis of all transactions as a whole and by sectors.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
• Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft
• Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Risk Executive
• Knowledge of risk assessment and control
• Experience with auditing and reporting procedures
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Communication and presentation skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Minimum degree- B.Sc/ HND in Accounting / Statistics.
• ICAN qualification is an added advantage
