Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Information Technology and ServicesIndustry is seeking to fill the position of Head Marketing Brand amp; Corporate Communications.

The Head Marketing Brand amp; Corporate Communications will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and communications programmes for the effective management of the company’s corporate image, create brand visibility in order to achieve its target market share and set goals.

The focus of the role is to maintain strong interaction with stakeholders; project a good brand image and reputation and ensure that employees and the public are adequately informed, enthused, and involved about the company’s current and future activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Management and relevant parties (e.g., Consultants) to develop a unique brand identity that would be recognised by employees, customers, and other publics.
  • Liaise with Human Resources amp; Administration business unit in planning a well organised corporate events and production of corporate gifts that portray the desired brand image within planned budget.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on client reaction to IT solutions; advise Management on issues related to the company's corporate reputation and recommend appropriate responses/courses of action.
  • Develop and implement appropriate research and monitoring programme to track the company’s brand’s performance and recommend actions to address identified issues.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral and promotional programmes e.g., adverts, online campaigns, corporate websites and liaise with the relevant suppliers to deliver them.
  • Provide support to the Human Resources amp; Administration business unit to explore options and execute employee communications and engagement programmes. Ensure they are consistent and integrated into the overall branding and communications strategy and imperatives.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in the delivery of key business messages, proposals and thought leadership materials in addressing the needs of defined audiences.
  • Liaise with Legal amp; Regulatory Compliance personnel, to ensure the brand is registered for trademark and intellectual property rights where necessary.

Education/Professional Qualification/ Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of first degree in Marketing, Journalism, or any related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or its equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years cumulative in the Marketing/Corporate Communications of a Group business or in a Marketing or Branding Agency.
