* Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the firm’s requirements and expectations.
* Authorize and oversee the development, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing support of all hardware and software based on company needs
* Lead company strategic technology initiatives to build and maintain key elements of the firm’s enterprise infrastructure, including but not limited to 24x7 data center infrastructure management and evolution, mobility and remote access services, ubiquitous wireless networks, enterprise-scale messaging environments, active directory multi-forest integration, dual-carrier global WAN, software-defined internetworking, and innovative end-user computing solutions.
Network Management
* Ensure successful planning and implementation of network development projects to timescale, cost, and quality requirements.
* Plan improvements to the network to ensure that the network is able to support current and future demands placed on it
* Ensure consistent delivery and operation of high-quality networking solutions, services, and support to internal clients
* Take a lead role in ensuring the security and compliance requirements of networks and protected data.
* Manage network services investment, provision, and resourcing according to organisational policy and procedures.
* Monitor and report on the quality and effectiveness of network service management and performance to meet business and organisational objectives.
