The Company

Nislo Research is part of the Nislo Consulting Group, Nislo Research has grown to be one of the major European Academic Writing providers in the field of Educational Consulting. We own two major academic consulting companies that provide services for over 550 clients.

Nislo Research has a team of 25 remote full-time employees along with more than 150 writers, and active researchers.

We are looking for a rockstar Talent Management amp; Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a very important role in overall company success by overseeing the entire employee lifecycle: resourcing, increasing employee engagement and happiness, creating and managing a smooth onboarding process, and collaborating with the senior consultants are among the main responsibilities of this role.

Work environment

You will be working in a fast growing company (7 new joinees just in the last 4 months due to our rapid growth in revenues), using the latest technology and with our in-house tech team. Our services are indispensable for the educational sector, which helps us acquire a very high place on the business scene.

We have developed a culture which promotes sharing our growth and Earnings with the entire team whilst giving the opportunity to learn and develop at speed.

You will work together with the HR Manager and the Management team who foresee your work and provide you much needed guidance and support until you are fully independent to shine and provide incredible value to the company. You will work from the comfort of your home office where you will mostly work independently striving to make rapid progress. We therefore put emphasis on the importance of self-motivation, and a self-driven attitude to working independently. Meetings in our Head office in Cambridge, England happen at least once annually, and occasionally around two times a year meetings are arranged with our managers and colleagues in Bulgaria, Sofia, attendance is not required if travel is not favoured.


The Role

As a Talent Acquisition/Talent Management Specialist you would be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient and high-quality administrative support service to senior members of the team;
  • Managing recruitment applications which include screening of CV's, distributing specialities required, liaising with senior supervisors and updating the recruitment system and tracking spreadsheets;
  • Welcoming new recruits by explaining the working and payment processes;
  • Managing order process of new writers: communicating with new writers to understand their needs, expectations, monthly availability and order management;
  • Monitoring incoming applications, manage the recruitment process (CV screening, testing, interviewing) and recommending talent to supervisors;
  • Tracking the new accepted applicants’ and their work progress, collecting feedback from supervisors on each writer and updating the writers’ database respectively;
  • Providing writer data reports on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as a financial report which details all costs spent on recruitment in a monthly basis;
  • Working alongside a dedicated supervisor researching and preparing training for new recruits in the form of online seminars or knowledge base documents;
  • Continually reviewing existing HR processes and strategies, suggesting any efficiencies or improvements as noticed;

Requirements

  • A good command of written and verbal English is a necessity, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels. Excellent grammar and spelling is required;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking, with the ability to set daily targets;
  • Proven track record gained as an HR Recruiter Minimum 2 years’ experience, recruiting internationally will be an added advantage;
  • Previous administrative and HR experience is essential;
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy required;
  • Comfortable dealing with people at all levels both face to face and by telephone/email;
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel are a must.
  • Oriented towards modern technology usage in every day work - tech savvy.
