Hamu Legal, a leading boutique law Firm, focused on the intersection of law, technology and business, is launching its flagship Hamu Fellowship Program.

The Fellowship presents a unique opportunity for early-stage career lawyers with 1-2 years Post-Call Experience (PCE) to work with and learn from some of the most innovative and experienced lawyers representing ground breaking technology companies, and also help solve some of the most difficult problems across private, public and social sectors. Having a problem-solving mindset and unquenching thirst to make the impossible possible is the X factor you must possess to read further.

The Fellowship will last for 12 Months, with a salary commensurate with level of experience.

What to Expect

• Fellows will work directly with Lawyers in the firm, and provide hands-on support in solving Clients most pressing challenges across financial raise, technology agreements, licensing;
• act as external in-house legal counsel when we have to roll our sleeves under the same roof with our clients;
• Fellows will also receive one-on-one sessions with Lawyers and business leaders within the Firm’s network on their identified areas of interest;
• Fellows will be in a year-long learning process and are therefore expected to be involved in business development, development of the Firm’s processes, speaking engagements and writing concise legal analysis on hot button issues or matters identified by Partners in the Firm.
• We take our responsibility to your professional development very seriously, and encourage Fellows to participate in all aspects of the Firm to grow within the Firm and also the legal community.
