Job Description

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (word, excel, project and possibly primavera).
  • Skillful in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Must have handled projects ranging over N2billion.
  • Oversee the running of several projects using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flow.
  • Work seamlessly with staff, contractors and consultants to deliver quality work within planned time, scope, budget and quality.
  • Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
  • Develop and ensure engineering design standards and integrity.
  • Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
  • Co-ordinate Professionals: Structural Engineers, Builders, Architects, Surveyors and In-House Project Teams to deliver projects.
  • Ensures that the right man is assigned to the right job at the right time.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer.


  • Candidate must possess a first Degree in Building / Civil Engineering from a recognized University plus at least fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience, last 5 years of which must be as a Project Manager.
  • Have a job permit to work in Nigeria
  • Must of have worked in Nigeria
  • Registration with relevant professional body is a pre-requisite
  • Project management certification and multi-discipline experience is required.
