Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (word, excel, project and possibly primavera).
Skillful in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
Must have handled projects ranging over N2billion.
Oversee the running of several projects using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flow.
Work seamlessly with staff, contractors and consultants to deliver quality work within planned time, scope, budget and quality.
Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
Develop and ensure engineering design standards and integrity.
Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
Co-ordinate Professionals: Structural Engineers, Builders, Architects, Surveyors and In-House Project Teams to deliver projects.
Ensures that the right man is assigned to the right job at the right time.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer.
Candidate must possess a first Degree in Building / Civil Engineering from a recognized University plus at least fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience, last 5 years of which must be as a Project Manager.
Have a job permit to work in Nigeria
Must of have worked in Nigeria
Registration with relevant professional body is a pre-requisite
Project management certification and multi-discipline experience is required.
