Description of responsibilities/functions
Protection of life and properties of the company
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to duty officers, security breaches from the field.
- Direct supervision of guards in the field.
- Carry out frequent patrols of beats
- Acting as duty officers when the duty officers are indisposed.
- Access control of staff, visitors and customers entering into the company and the three housing estates.
- Enforcement of company rules and regulations.
- Conduct daily patrol of beats to ascertain the security situations
- Proper handing and taking over of beats.
Ensure implementation of:
- NIS ISO 14001: 2015 EMS
- NIS ISO 9001: 2015 QMS
- NIS ISO 14001 : 2018 OHSMS
Requirements
Primary School Certificate (Preferably WASC/SSCE/GCE) + 10 years’ experience in industrial security/Government Intelligence Agencies/Armed Forces.
Skills and Competencies:
- Effective communication.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Ability to work under pressure
