The company has market wide reputation as a responsible and reliable supplier of food ingredients to local and international food giants. We require for immediate employment an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Engineers who will be responsible for the following:
- Ability to read, understand and to produce Electrical drawings
- Knowledge of Electrical Drawings amp; Power Distribution
- Coordination of electrical and automation work
- Responsible for the full illumination of the factory and environment
- Implementation of software upgrade, resolve and troubleshoot electrical systems when faults occur.
- Provision program/Plc back ups of automation systems in the factory twice a year
- Coordination of training for Technicians
- Prepare and coordinate routine checklist on electrical and automation equipment
- Data collection and reporting automation related issues
- Conduct training for technicians
- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in the factory such as electrical motors, servo drives and plc systems.
- Responsible for commissioning of new automated systems and equipment in the factory
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- 3-5 years experience on Automation in a Manufacturing environment is require
- Ability to read, understand and to produce Electrical drawings
- Good knowledge of S7 Siemens PLC and ability to write and maintain program backups
- Knowledge of PLC programming and ability to structure or comment on software
- Ability to develop a maintenance program including for all instrumentations and electronics equipment and components
