Job Description

• Function in all departments in the organization.
• Develop small scale businesses.
• Assist in provide solutions to arising problems small business owners encounters.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with our clients.
• Work with the account department to understand more on the inflow and outflow of finance.
• Keep analysis and daily records about our clients.
• Undergo series of trainings on the company's business.
• Provide organic solutions to farmers both crops and livestock.
• Secure and attend to Presentations both online and offline.
• Assist management team to recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and develop Sales Associates.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's Degree in the following discipline; Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematical Science, Mass Communication, Law, Actuarial Science and Agriculture are more preferred.
• 0 - 5 years of work experience.
• Entry Level and Business minded individual.
• Ability to create and generate leads.
• Good Interpersonal and team-building spirit.
• Excellent Negotiating skills.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Must be a people's person.
• Willingness and the ability to learn.
